RESTAURANT Black Dove has revealed how customers with gift vouchers can be refunded - but time is running out.
On March 27 the popular South Side venue announced it would have to close after unable to reach an agreement on the building lease with the new landlord.
Owners apologised at the sudden closure and said details would follow about how to redeem gift vouchers.
Now they have revealed how but customers only have until Wednesday to get their money back.
Bosses posted on Facebook that all Itison and third party vouchers have been refunded.
But if they have not been then contact the issuing company directly.
The advice goes on: "Anyone who purchased physical gift vouchers at point of sale in Black Dove, which have not already been refunded, please follow the below.
" Present the physical voucher and any supporting purchase evidence (receipt) where possible.
"Take this to our friends at Lean Canteen's premises on Kilmarnock Road.
"Write your bank details with full name, address and contact info.
"Payment will be made within 14 days, allowing time to validate the vouchers returned.
"Postal returns will also be accepted before this date."
Bosses stress that vouchers must be returned before 8pm on Wednesday, April 25.
Vouchers will not be accepted after that time.
They added: "We have to minimise the risk of fraudulent activity. This has also been a factor in the delay to refunds which we also apologise for.
"Thank You for your understanding."
