A gunman fired shots at a house in the city's Calton.

Cops have launched a probe into the attack which happened at around 10.20pm on Monday, April 23.

They received a report of a firearm being discharged at a house in Millroad Drive in the Calton.

No one was injured in the incident which is second city gun attack in under week.

A Police Scotland spokesman said: "Around 10.20pm on Monday, April 23, police received a report of a firearm being discharged at a house in Millroad Drive, Calton. No-one has been injured in the incident and enquiries are ongoing."

Today, officers stood at the scene as they began their investigation into the violent attack.

A window at one of the properties appeared to be smashed as a result of the impact of bullets.

Last Monday, Kenneth Reilly was was shot up to six times while sitting in the passenger seat of a silver BMW on Bilsand Drive, Maryhill.

The 29-year-old was rushed to hospital with serious injuries following the incident but died less than two days later in hospital.

A murder probe was launched shortly afterwards.
