BASTILLE, The Vaccines and Motherwell's The LaFontaines have been added to the Edinburgh Summer Sessions line-up.

Organisers have also added Brian Wilson Presents Pet Sounds, The Ark, Grace Carter, Al Jardine and Blondie Chaplin to the bill of the event which runs over six days in August.

They join a line-up which already includes Sir Tom Jones, Rag'N'Bone Man, Paloma Faith and Kasabian.

The shows will take place at the Ross Bandstand in West Princes Street Gardens on dates between August 6 and 19 during Edinburgh's summer festival season.
