THIS is the moment Celtic fans mockingly CHEERED ON Rangers’ Alfredo Morelos as Graeme Murty threw him onto the pitch in an attempt to salvage the Light Blues from ruination.

Celtic wrapped up their seventh successive Ladbrokes Premiership title in style by beating Rangers 5-0.

The clip was shot by a Hoops fan and uploaded on Snapchat.

It shows ecstatic home fans sarcastically whooping Morelos’ introduction as he takes to the pitch to try and save a desperate situation.

The fan captioned the video “Celtic fans applauding Morelos coming on” along with several crying-with-laughter emojis.

Josh Windass had hit the post with an effort before he was replaced by the 21-year-old Colombian who missed yet another chance against the Hoops.

Celtic, needing a win to secure the title, made their early dominance count in the 14th minute when Edouard poked home Kieran Tierney’s low cross.

Celtic went into the interval 3-0 ahead following efforts from Edouard and James Forrest in the final five minutes of the half

The Rangers defence paid the price for backing off and Edouard punished them, advancing into the area and firing into the bottom corner.

And the title party was in full flow shortly after when Forrest left the defence for dead with a mazy run and hammered the ball past Alnwick.

The rampant victory ensured Celtic claimed a seventh consecutive Ladbrokes Premiership title.
