SEVERAL Govan streets are on lockdown as police forensics carry out investigations.
The force confirmed that they were called to a report of a damaged car on Jura Street at around 12.55pm today.
They would not provide any more details over the incident but several surrounding streets have been closed as they continue their probe.
The streets closed include Ulva Street, Bunessan Street and Torbreck Street.
Forensic officers could be seen examining cars and one vehicle at the scene had its entire window smashed.
Evidence including number plates was also carefully placed in bags for examination.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "At around 12.55pm on Monday, May 21, police were called to a report of a damaged car on Bunessan Street in Craigton.
"That street as well as Jura Street, Ulva Street and Torbreck Street have been closed to allow officers to carry out their enquiries.
"No one was injured."
