A POPULAR home and garden store has been raided by thieves who made off with a five-figure sum worth of stock.
The robbers targeted The Range on London Road on Thursday night.
The Evening Times understands that thieves cut through a wire fence at the back of the store to steal garden items.
The value stolen is believed to be around £20,000.
A police spokeswoman confirmed that the theft is high value and enquires are ongoing.
The spokeswoman added that they received the report of the theft on Friday morning.
