THIS is the astonishing moment a six-year-old produces an inch-perfect wonder strike while brushing up on her shooting skills in her back garden at home.

Football-mad Brooke Markland then executed perfect cartwheel celebration to match the spectacular half-volley.

The talented youngster has become an internet sensation after a video of the "top bins" strike filmed by her mum, Clare Markland was posted online.

Brooke had asked her parents to attach a green bucket to the top corner of the goal set up in the garden after seeing the same on comedy sports show Soccer AM, produced by Sky Sports.

The prodigious under 9s Bolton Wanderers striker can be seen allowing the ball to drop once before powerfully striking it directly into the bin -- after only a handful of attempts.

The chance video filmed in the back garden of the family home in Dean, Greater Mancs., has brought the youngster acclaim from past and present football players.

Bolton Wanderers stars Filipe Morais and Adam Le Fondre have both praised her exceptional skills after being sent the video by the youngster’s uncle.

Ex-Bolton star Stu Holden also chipped in with a comment from the US, adding: “Get her in the first team. Top bin, what a strike."

The wonder strike could be a worthy contender for this year’s FIFA Puskas Award, handed to the player deemed to have scored the most aesthetically significant, or "most beautiful", goal of the year.

Brooke is already catching the eye with her accomplished performances for Bolton Wanderers under 9s after impressing at a half-term soccer school.

Her bricklayer uncle Paddy Brady, 24, said: “We got her the bucket and attached it to the top corner because she had seen it on Soccer AM. She only had a few goes before getting it top bins.

“She is only six but has been moved up to the under 9s, she is smaller than the others but makes up for it with her technique on the ball.

“She loves playing for Wanderers.

“All she does is practice outside with her football in the back garden and I do drills with her.

“She just keeps getting better and better.”

Bolton Wanderers Ladies first-team coach Chris Knights tweeted: “Brooke with a quality strike.

“She is one of the most talented players I have ever seen at under 7 age, she is also a late, late birthday and scoring hat-tricks every other week at under 9.”

The FIFA Puskás Award is an award established on 20 October 2009 in order to award the player, male or female, judged to have scored the most aesthetically significant, or "most beautiful", goal of the year.

The award is in honor of Ferenc Puskás, the striker of Real Madrid at the late 1950s and the 1960s, and central member of the highly successful Hungarian side of the same era.

Puskás is widely considered by many to be the most powerful and prolific forward European football produced in first division football.
