Police were called to the scene of a car on fire in Pollock late last night, only to arrive and find the car overturned with no one inside.
At around midnight on Friday, police received reports of the car, which had been involved in a one car collision on Brockburn Road, Pollock.
A police spokeswoman said: "At midnight on Friday, June 8, we received reports of a car on fire.
"The car had been involved in a one car collision and emergency services attended the scene."
"Enquiries are ongoing."
Passerby, William Mccracken, took some pictures of the vehicle, which appears to have taken out some railings before flipping on to its side.
