GLASGOW City Council has revealed the roads that will close in the city in the run up to the annual Orange Walk.

The route and destination of the procession has been completely changed this year due to a clash with TRNSMT Festival at Glasgow Green.

The council has announced the closures in July “to facilitate a temporary restriction to allow the parade to take place in safety.”

Police said eight arrests were made during the day for alleged minor disorder and alcohol related offences.
