"I have set this up to try help my sister and Larry give Liam the wonderful send off he deserves.

"Liam was a much loved son, brother, nephew, grandson, cousin and friend who will be missed more than words would ever be able to express. Shine bright Liam sweetheart, you were one in a million and will never be forgotten."

It is not clear how the youngster passed but £400 worth of donations have been given to the family so far.

One donor said: "Truly shocked to read this heartbreaking news. Had a couple of losses within my own family fairly recently so well aware of how they must be feeling.

"Hope this donation helps, even just a wee bit."

Another added: "Gutted for wee Liam."
