FORMER Big Brother star Tommy Sheridan has paid tribute to his wife on their 18th wedding anniversary in an emotional social media post.
The politician, who lives in the city's Cardonald, described his wife Gail as his best friend in the post which was accompanied by a picture of the pair in Paris.

He said: "18 years ago today I was the luckiest guy on earth when my beautiful girlfriend became my beautiful wife.

The 54-year-old was fifth to be evicted from the Celebrity Big Brother house in 2009.
He shares a daughter with ex-Evening Times columnist Gail.
