A two-year-old child was left with a head injury after a car crash in Airdrie.
Police are appealing for information following the serious collision on Monday June 11 around 8.45pm.
An Audi 3 was being driven eastbound by a 62-year-old woman on Flowerhill Street, near to Forsyth Street, when it was involved in a collision with a Volkswagen Golf, also being driven eastbound by a 27-year-old man.

The Audi driver and her 26-year-old female passenger were taken to Monklands Hospital but later released.
The driver of the Golf, his two passengers - a 31-year-old woman and the two-year-old girl - were also rushed to hospital.
The woman is being treated for an arm injury, the driver was treated for a shoulder injury before being released and the child was given help for a head injury later released.
Sergeant Stewart Dyer is continuing the investigation into the cause of the crash, and is appealing for any witnesses, or anyone with information to come forward.
