The move is another blow to the iconic city street which has experienced two fires this year including the Glasgow School of Art and Victoria's Nightclub blazes.
The incidents put several businesses on the shopping street out of operation while work is ongoing to make the fire-hit building safe.
In a statement, Bo Concept said: "You may have heard the rumours, and, well, they're true. We are extremely excited to announce that our Glasgow store will be relocating soon. We are hoping to announce the new location this week, so keep your eyes peeled for information."
Last year, Irish retailer Dunnes closed their Sauchiehall Street store for good and the unit has remained empty ever since.

Greaves Sports also shut their Sauchiehall Street branch with managing director Sandy Greaves blaming the rise of out of town shopping centres for the closure.
In 2016, BHS also departed from one of the city's most famous streets.
Bo Concept have not cited reasons for the move and promise to stay in the city.
The Evening Times has contacted them for a statement.
The latest announcement, however, comes after we reported business owners have been forced to let their staff go following the devastating Glasgow School of Art fire.
