MOTHERWELL footballer Trevor Carson has celebrated the birth of his son.
The Northern Irishman, who is the Steelmen's goalkeeper, shared an image of the cute tot on social media which has gone viral.

He said: "Introducing Rex Kenneth Carson. He is perfect in every way and a lucky boy to have such an amazing mum in Rachel Harris. I will forever be in your debt for bringing him into my life."

The 30-year-old also thanked his club Motherwell FC who sent the family flowers to congratulate them on the new arrival.
