A MAN is due in court after police raided a house in Paisley where they discovered £3,000 worth of heroin.
The raid by Paisley's Violence Reduction Unit was carried out on Friday at a house in Neilston Road.
Officers, acting under warrant, found a quantity of brown powder thought to be heroin.

The suspected drugs have a street value of approximately £3,000.
A 25-year-old man will appear at Paisley Sheriff Court in due course.
Community Policing Inspector Tracy Harkins said: "As a result of an intelligence led operation a large quantity of suspected drugs have been removed from the streets of Paisley. I'd like to appeal to members of the public for their assistance in identifying persons or households where drug dealing is suspected. We will act on any information received.
