IF you haven’t heard of the Baby Shark challenge, you’ve been living under a rock.

As the challenge continues to go viral, it’s even reached Paisley where entertainment agency The Paisley Pipers has even been getting in on the action.

In a video posted online, the group said: “We’ve been nominated to do the baby shark challenge. So we thought we could do it in our own special way and the only way we know how!”

The clip shows a young bagpiper walking alongside a slow-moving car while playing the catchy song.

In just 14 hours, it’s gathered around 1,500 reactions and thousands more in comments.

Overall, the video has has 120,000 views, with many viewers saying it’s the best version of the challenge they’ve seen so far.

The Evening Times reported on Monday how a police officer near Dumfries and Galloway won over crowds with her impromptu Baby Shark dance performance.

Baby Shark is a song which is believed to have been around for a long time and a South Korean version of it reportedly went viral in Southeast Asia.

The tune’s lyrics and infectious dance moves have made it hugely popular with adults as well as children.

The Baby Shark Challenge first surfaced online last August as saw people doing the Baby Shark dance moves as #BabySharkChallenge trended on social media platforms.

Since then, the song has gathered over a billion views on YouTube.
