QUEEN of pop Kylie Minogue is set to play an epic gig at Edinburgh Castle, it has been revealed.
The Aussie songstress will headline the 2019 Castle Concert Series next summer.
The all-seated concert on the Esplanade will be one of only seven special shows Minogue will perform across the country during the summer. The show will be her only Scottish date.
Announcing the concert, Mark Mackie, director of Castle Concerts told the Edinburgh Evening News: “We are delighted to have Kylie play Edinburgh Castle.
“Without doubt, she is a true global superstar and the voice of a generation. The atmosphere on the night will be truly electrifying.”
The gig will take place on Sunday, July 14.
Tickets will be available from 9am on Friday, November 16 through ticketmaster.co.uk.
