AN INVESTIGATION is underway after a man 'took unwell' at a city centre hotel and was taken to hospital.
Emergency services were called to the DoubleTree by Hilton on Cambridge Street at around 4.10pm yesterday afternoon.
The Scottish Ambulance Service (SAS) sent multiple resources to the scene, including a trauma team.
The man was rushed to Glasgow Royal Infirmary by ambulance.
His current condition is unknown.

Officers remain at the hotel and enquiries into the incident are continuing.
The nature of the incident is not currently known.
A police van was seen parked beside the hotel earlier this afternoon.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "A man has been taken by ambulance to Glasgow Royal Infirmary after taking unwell at a hotel on Cambridge Street, Glasgow in the afternoon of Monday, March 18.
"Officers remain at the scene and enquiries are continuing."
A spokesperson for the SAS said: "We received a call at 4.08pm on Monday, March 18 to attend an incident on Cambridge Street, Glasgow.
"Multiple resources were dispatched to the scene, including an ambulance and a trauma team.
"One patient was transported to Glasgow Royal Infirmary."
DoubleTree by Hilton has been contacted for comment.
