TEENAGER Michael Maloney of Chadwell St Mary ABC has fought his way through to the national schoolboys boxing championships finals to be held at the Brentwood Centre on March 6 and 7.
The 14-year-old gave a great performance in the quarter-finals against last year’s national champion Desmond Johnson of Newham ABC. Maloney beat him with a score of 15-2.
