The AGM was taken by Pam Plant. Secretary Chris Haynes gave a full report of the past 12 months, detailing the varied and interesting speakers and events.
The treasurer reported that finances were satisfactory and a full report would be given at the April meeting.
Mrs Pant reported on a full year and thanked the committee for their help and members for their support.
The committee were re-elected and Mrs Greta Mitchell and Mrs Liz Davies were jointly elected as president.
Competition winners were Chris Haynes and Sheila Bubb.
The next meeting is on April 1 at Habberley Church Hall at 7.30pm when Adrian Adams will be talking about South Africa.
