VULNERABLE children in Glasgow will benefit from a £50,000 boost for play services.

Two city groups were given cash from the Communities and Families Fund, a joint venture from the Big Lottery Fund and the Scottish Government.

Impact Arts, in the East End, will get £10,000 to run interactive classes for over 100 children and their families.

Another city support group, One Parent Families Scotland, was also awarded funds to launch two new courses for parents, Peer Mentoring and Moving On.
