Scott Thomson, 44, was jailed for four years after he was convicted of possessing drugs money found under a bed at a relative's home in Garthamlock, Glasgow.

Police recovered £85,000 in the raid.

Following Thomson's conviction, the Crown raised proceedings against him to claw back criminal profits.

Yesterday, the High Court in Edinburgh heard that Thomson, formerly of Tillycairn Street, in Glasgow, had agreed to settle the action for £85,130.

He was given a month to pay it.

Thomson's ex-co-accused, Anthony O'Hare, 27, formerly of Loch Road, Stepps, was jailed for seven years.

He is also facing proceedings to seize crime profits.

The judge, Lady Stacey, set a two-day hearing in November to deal with his case.
