A MAN is due in court today after a body was found in a Glasgow flat.
The body of Sean Humphrey, 26, was found in a property in Etive Street, Shettleston, in the early hours of October 28.
Police Scotland said that a 24-year-old man was arrested yesterday.
He was due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court.
A report will be sent to the procurator fiscal.
