A team of fundraisers will tackle a challenging trek across southeast Asia to raise cash for a hospice in Springburn.
The trek, which takes place from October 15-23 next year finishes in one of the wonders of the ancient world - the sacred temple of Angkor Wat in Cambodia, which is the largest religious monument in the world.
All cash raised will go to the Marie Curie Hospice, which is in the grounds of Stobhill Hospital.
Organisers of the event are looking for trekkers and an information evening about it will be held at the hospice on Wednesday at 7.30pm or see the website: www.mariecurie.org.uk.
