GREAT British Bake Off star James Morton is bringing his new show to the West of Scotland.
The Glasgow University student will host the event at Ayr Gaiety on Saturday, March 8.
After launching his first book Brilliant Bread, James has "embarked on a crusade to put proper baking at the top of everyone's agenda".
James said: "With just a little practice and guidance anyone can start baking their own rolls, bloomers and loafs.
"So much better than buying them from a shop."
He will also sign copies of new book Brilliant Bread after the show.
The Gaiety's artistic director, Vince Hope, said: "We are delighted that James has been able to fit a date at the Gaiety into his busy schedule.
"We are sure his army of Bake Off fans will turn out in force."
Tickets, priced between £14.50 and £15.50, are avaialable from www.ayrgaiety.co.uk
