GLASGOW'S Clyde Auditorium is to play host to its first ballet on Valentine's Day.
Ballet West is touring Prolofiev's Romeo and Juliet across Scottish venues in January and February.
Brother and sister duo, Jonathan and Sara-Maria Barton, take the leads.
Gillian Barton, Principal of Ballet West, said: "Ballet West is thrilled to be performing at such a prestigious Scottish venue as the Clyde Auditorium.
"This is a wonderful opportunity for our vibrant young company to dance this well-loved classical ballet, for a new audience in Glasgow - and how appropriate that we should make our Glasgow debut with this ballet on St Valentine's Day."
Tickets, priced from £28.00, are available at www.secc.co.uk or on 0844 395 400.
