A RARE book sold for £400 after being donated to the Oxfam bookshop in Glasgow's Byres Road.
Biggles Does Some Homework was the last work by author Captain W E Johns, who died in 1968. It was published privately in 2007 and a limited edition run of 300 were numbered as collectors' items.
Volunteer Anne Wilson spotted copy no. 126 when it was donated to the West End shop.
An anonymous buyer from Australia paid £400 for the book, which was put up for sale on online auction website eBay.
