MUSIC writer and rock 'n' roll history expert Michael Gray will visit Paisley Arts Centre on Saturday October 13 to discuss songwriting legend Bob Dylan and "the Poetry of the Blues."
Michael is the author of the Bob Dylan Encyclopedia and Song & Dance Man III: The Art of Bob Dylan and will use slices of music and footage to show how Dylan has been inspired by the blues.
The show is an account of Dylan's achievement and a thrilling exposition of the blues.
In addition to the show, Michael will also be giving a lunchtime talk at Paisley Museum on Saturday October 13 about his work with Paisley's own singer-songwriter, Gerry Rafferty.
Bob Dylan and the Poetry of the Blues will take place at Paisley Arts Centre on Saturday October 13 at 7.30pm.
