SCOTS are being encouraged to enjoy a St Andrew's Day celebration with the largest programme of events ever held.
Cabinet Secretary for Culture and External Affairs, Fiona Hyslop, launched St Andrew's Day Out 2014, which is encouraging Scots and visitors to celebrate on November 30.
Glasgow city centre's spectacular evening celebrations will include music, dance and a dazzling lighting display.
Events in St Andrew's will include a three-day festival of music, dance, book readings, fine food and drink and lectures.
