Bond fans set for early peek of new 007 movie

JAMES Bond fans in Ayrshire will get a preview of the latest film – before the official UK launch.

Cancer Support Scotland has organised a charity showing of Skyfall – the latest in the series of epic films based on Ian Fleming's spy novels – at Kilmarnock's Odeon on Thursday, October 25 – one day before the official UK release date.

The event, which will be hosted buy Clyde 1 DJ Suzie McGuire, will include a Bond-themed band, a magician and fire eater, Bond Girls and Aston Martins.

Guests will be provided with a drink on arrival, courtesy of the Heineken Team, and will be in with a chance of winning exclusive Bond-themed raffle prizes.

Tickets for the blockbuster, starring Daniel Craig, are expected to sell out quickly, with all the money raised going to Glasgow-based Cancer Support Scotland.

Doors open at 6.30pm, with the film beginning at 8pm. Tickets are priced at £22.50 for a standard seat and £25 for a premiere seat.

To book, call 0871 22 44 007 or visit www. odeon.co.uk
