Councillors have rejected plans for a brewery in the centre of Inverness.
The owners of the city's Glen Mhor Hotel wanted to demolish a riverside bar to incorporate the multi-million pound development.
But Highland councillors were concerned about the proposed scale of the development, as well as other issues, including parking.
