GIFFNOCK Business Improvement District is putting itself on the map with an awareness campaign.
Branded under the name, Giffnock Village, new banners have been placed across Giffnock and entry signs erected to welcome visitors.
It's the intention of the Giffnock Village's committee to place at themselves at the heart of the community.
Giann Celino, chairman of Giffnock Village, said: "There's a strong bond between businesses in Giffnock. Working together we hope to promote the local area and improve trading conditions."
Giffnock Village has other projects under way including plans a shopping local leaflet of businesses in the area and a new website.
