PAISLEY is to host an Afro-Caribbean-style carnival next month.
Renfrewshire Effort to Empower Minorities is organising the event in Barshaw Park on Saturday, August 9.
There will be a funfair and stalls as well as a parade of performers and floats, which will make its way from the town centre to the park.
The event aims to showcase the diverse cultures of Renfrewshire.
