CONVICTED fraudster Michael Voudouri will come to court in November to see whether prosecutors can seize his ill-gotten gains under Proceeds of Crime legislation.

Lawyers acting for Voudouri, 46, will attend proceedings at the High Court in Edinburgh, later this year, it has emerged.

Voudouri, of Bridge of Weir, Renfrewshire, was sentenced to 11 years and six months in prison in June, after an investigation into his business activities which lasted almost a decade.
