MEDIEVAL family fun days are taking place this week in Ayrshire.
Kelburn Castle and Country Centre will play host to a Medieval Quest from 11am until 3.35pm each day until Sunday.
Children will have the chance to enjoy fun and games including archery, sword making and the chance to defeat an evil Black Knight.
David Boyle, Viscount of Kelburn, said: "This is one of my favourite events.
"It's so much fun and great to see all the family joining in. Even mums and dads get competitive, especially when it comes to the answering the quiz questions."
Tickets cost £6 for children and senior citizens and £8.50 for adults at Kelburn Country Centre, Fairlie, and online at www.kelburnestate.com
