A BUDDING beauty queen from Glasgow has come runner-up in a national beauty pageant.
Amy Gardiner, 16, from Springburn, was 2nd runner-up in the Miss Teen Galaxy Scotland awards.
She was also given an award for the best interview and took the title of Miss Publicity after clocking up 37 appearances for her fundraising and charity work.
Amy has also been selected as one of the 12 finalists for Miss Scotland Perfect 2013 title, run by Model Scotland.
So far she has raised more than £1000 for charity through her appearances for the title.
