GOVAN'S Quarriers Epilepsy Centre has been highlighted as an example of best practice which should be replicated across Europe.
This was the view of Scottish MEP, Catherine Stihler, who was so impressed with the work done at the Glasgow facility during a recent visit she plans to make her European colleagues aware of it.
The Labour MEP for Scotland said: "I was very impressed during my visit to Quarriers' centre in Govan.
"It is not just leading the UK but the EU, and I hope that by raising the profile of the work of Quarriers at an EU level this centre will be considered as a model across the EU."
