With less than 200 places left in this year's competition, time is running out to get a professional shot taken by Evening Times photographers at the city's St Enoch Centre.
Among the proud parents showing off their offspring yesterday, was Elizabeth Comiskey, 25, from Toryglen.
She brought daughter Millie-Mae Docherty, 22-months, to have her picture taken wearing her prettiest pink bow.
Elizabeth said: "It will be exciting to see Millie-Mae in the paper and it's good for the family to see her as well."
We have teamed up with the St Enoch Centre for the competition which will see the child or baby voted the cutest win amazing prizes, including £1000 in cash.
So far 410 photographs have been taken, and there were plenty more queuing up for their turn.
The photographers will be in the city centre mall, between 9am and 5pm, until they reach 600 pictures.
One-year-old Ava Brennan smiled and laughed when she got in front of the camera.
Mum Emma Boyle, 30, from Battlefield, said: "This is the first competition she has been entered into and we thought it would be nice before it is too late.
"She's a natural poser as well!"
With lights in place, babies and children up to the age of four can have their pictures taken for free.
All the photographs will be published in the Evening Times next month, ready for you to vote for your favourite.
And, of course, all the pictures will be available for you to buy.
Michael Man, 33, and wife Vivien, 32, brought their two daughters Holly, three, and one-year-old Hayley to the shopping centre to get their pictures taken.
After hearing about the competition through a friend, Michael said he came along to "show off his girls."
He said: "It will be nice to have the pictures as a keepsake."
The Times Tot competition will see one youngster scoop £1000 for their family and go on a special pre-Christmas flight to search for Santa.
Second prize is a £200 St Enoch gift card, a framed print and a photo session with an Evening Times' photographer and third prize is a £100 St Enoch gift card, plus print and certificate.
