A RUNNING club's event to encourage people to take up the sport saw more than a third of those participating being new to running.
Glasgow Front Runners held a Rainbow Run open day event along the Forth and Clyde canal at Spiers Wharf.
Ann Davidson, programmes co-ordinator at jogscotland, joined the run which included participants at all fitness levels who were supported by jogscotland trained club jog leaders over 5k, 7.5k and 10k runs.
