CREATIVE CRAIG'S LOGO IS A WINNER

CARDONALD College student Craig Black has won a competition to design the logo for Glasgow Clyde College.

Craig is studying for a BA in Creative Industries Practice.

He said: "My initial inspiration for the logo was what links the three campuses – the River Clyde. I liked the shape of the Arc Bridge and wanted to incorporate this into my design. I started with three circles joined together by an arc but developed this into three squares."

More than 200 students from Anniesland, Cardonald and Langside Colleges entered the logo design contest.
