Officers are hunting the man who made off with the Lynx haul - worth around £150.
Police are keeping their nose to the ground after the chemist in Victoria Road in Govanhill was targeted on Wednesday morning.
Witnesses have been asked to come forward and contact police as investigations continue.
It is understood the raider may have nicked the cans of deodorant with the plan of selling them on.
Detectives probing the theft are urging people to be vigilant if offered Lynx deodorant at bargain prices.
Local officers appealed for information on social networking sites, while reminding residents that it is a crime to buy stolen goods.
Police are reviewing CCTV and carrying out local inquiries.
Officers said they were looking for a man in connection with the theft. No further descr-iption was available.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said the incident was reported at around 10am on Wednesday.
She said: "We received a report that a large quantity of men's anti-perspirant had been stolen from a chemist in Victoria Road, in Glasgow.
"Officers attended and are reviewing CCTV."
