CALDERGLEN Country Park is set to rock this month when the site once again hosts a weekend music festival.
Showcasing the best local talent, the Calderstock Music Festival will kick-start the summer in the Courtyard on May 23-24.
The outdoor music festival, now in its fourth year, is free and will feature local bands.
A spokesman for the event said: "With stalls, a barbeque, face painting and a bouncy castle there will be something for everyone."
But there will be no alcohol allowed at the event which runs rom 12:00pm until 5:00pm each day,
The spokesman added: "The Festival gives local musicians, of all ages the rare chance to showcase their talents and perform live in this iconic local venue.
"Calderstock, is an open air festival for the whole family so come along and enjoy a great day out."
Over the weekend, donations will collected for the Nordoff Robbins music therapy charity which works to transform lives through the power of music in Scotland.
Gerry Campbell, General Manager of SLLC said: "Now in it's 4th year, South Lanarkshire Leisure and Culture's Live Music Festival, Calderstock, in partnership with EK Village Music and Hashtag Management services, has grown each year in popularity and variety."
