SCORES of fans crowded a shopping mall to listen to Glasgow crime writer Peter May talk about his latest book.
More than 140 people attended the free event at The Avenue Shopping Centre in Newton Mearns, East Renfrewshire, a year after the writer attracted a sell out crowd to the mall with a similar event.
Fans were out in force to hear about his latest offer, Entry Island.
Manager at The Avenue, Michelle McCabe, said: "We're delighted that, once again, fans turned out in their droves to hear Peter May talk about his latest work.
"Given the reception he receives at The Avenue, who knows, perhaps we'll all see him back at the same time, same place next year."
