A COURT case against four men accused of making racist remarks at a demonstration has been dropped.
It was alleged that Ross McCallum, 37, Gary Biggar, 32, Ryan McCue, 34, and Rory Skene, 31, behaved in a "threatening or abusive manner" on June 16, 2012, at West George Street, Glasgow.
Prosecutors decided not to proceed with the Glasgow trial.
BNP leader Nick Griffin had attended an earlier hearing.
