A MAN is to stand trial accused of murder at a flat in Glasgow.
Paul Boyle, 38, is charged with knifing Kenneth McNeill, 52, to death at a property in Dumbarton Road, Yoker, on May 15.
Boyle is then accused of attempting to defeat the ends of justice - which includes a claim he told a possible witness to "keep his mouth" - and that he threatened to cut his throat.
The charge also alleges Boyle put blood-stained clothes in a washing machine and that he also got rid of a knife.
Boyle denied the charges when he appeared at the High Court in Glasgow.
Judge Lord Bracadale set a trial for December 15 at the High Court in Edinburgh.
