Death 'not suspicious'

THE death of a man in a block of flats is not being treated as suspicious.

Officers were called to Urquhart Drive in East Kilbride just after 2pm on Sunday.

They discovered the body of a man, believed to be in his forties, at the three-storey flats. He has not yet been identified.

A post mortem was carried out on Monday.

A spokeswoman for Police Scotland said: "Enquiries are continuing. However there do not appear to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding the death."
