IN response to K Simmons letter (Shuttle, March 22) regarding the building of five houses on the gardens adjoining Hartlebury Road, Stourport, I would like to point out that this is only an application that has been submitted to the council and has not been passed yet.
Regarding the matter of trees, these were taken own for safety reasons because when they were in full leaf, drivers could not see up and down the road.
