Weird that another man with the same sir name, John Holmes, filmed another mysterious creature in another lake in 2002. Wonder if there is a connection between photographers!

I don't believe it was a creature at all making the disturbance in Loch Ness. Being an avid boater, I've seen many instances on windy days where an air current will move across the water at various speeds and create the illusion that something is swimming across the top of the lake. After viewing that video, it appeared very similiar. Are there any other boaters out there that would agree with me?

Oh Puleeeze. You'd think with the advances with video cameras nowdays, someone would get a good, clear, vid of things like this. Not some blurry, grainy, mess like this is. And this guy is a professional? If Nessie IS real, she should he studied to see what she IS. Not blown up, or killed. B'sides, she's a Legend. :D[bold]bold[/bold]

Nessie is real, because I p...d on it. In May, I`ve been at Loch Ness, the first time of my life and I had a holy wish. When I was back at home, I got a brand new T-Shirt with the following sentence: I **** into Loch Ness, but it`s not aloud by the law of McLoed

I wonder if Mr Gordon Holemes is any relation to Mr John Holmes who was videoing from about 250m away. See this BBC news item.

'Nessie spotted' in Cornwall
Does the Cornwall footage reveal Nessie's cousin?
A distant relative of Scotland's famous Loch Ness Monster could be lurking in the waters off the coast of Cornwall, it has been revealed.
Video footage of a creature swimming in the sea off Gerran's Bay has been captured by local man John Holmes and has confounded experts.
The 49-year-old from Sticker had been filming his wife swimming in the sea when he spotted what he described as a "snake-like" creature.
On Thursday he told BBC Radio Cornwall: "I was filming my wife and had climbed on a rock to admire the view across the bay and I thought I heard a splash.
It appeared bird-like at times but was very uncharacteristic of any diving birds
John Holmes
"A bizarre movement caught my attention about 250 metres off shore and this thing appeared to be standing about one metre above sea level."
Mr Holmes thought he was looking at the fin of a shark or a killer whale at first.
"I then saw a snake-like head and neck which appeared to be raised out of the water. I was so shocked by what I saw that I almost fell off the rock.

The monster is real. And it swallowed the legendary Holy Grail into its stomach 813years ago. I will hunt it down and reclaim the Holy Grail and unveil the hidden meanings of the Code!

[bold]bold[/bold] [italic]italic[/italic] Hey, all be patient and keep an open mind and wait for the video to be processed... There have been too many reliable sightings over many years... Something is there. Let's use scientific methods to do the research. Then, make judgements later..

I don't see why there shouldn't be unknown creatures lurking in the deepest waters in Northern Europe.
There could be rare species of giant eels, whales, fish etc...that just haven't been discovered.
A friend (A Doctor in Marine Biology) of mine was given the job to research Loch Ness for a full year. He discovered over 30 unknown species in the Loch. Most were types of plants and plankton and some were wearing Rangers Scarves.
