DAVID GEST has cancelled a Glasgow gig.

Fans of the former husband of Liza Minnelli and I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here contestant, were told via the SECC's website that the show had been shelved.

He had been due to perform David Gest is Nuts... My Life As A Musical on Saturday at the Clyde Auditorium.

It's the story of David's life and includes hits sung by the original artists, such as Gloria Gaynor.

The website message said refunds would be available from where tickets had been bought.
