AMERICAN actress Megan Fox has been named the world's sexiest woman - in a global poll that drew nearly 10million votes.

Transformers star Fox, 22, knocked last year's winner Jessica Alba, who came second, off the top spot.

The sexiest UK woman for the second year running was Keeley Hazell, who was in third place.

Movie star Elisha Cuthbert finished fourth in the poll by FHM magazine, with Heroes cheerleader Hayden Panettiere fifth. Cherly Cole came seventh.

TV presenter Kirstie Allsopp, of Location Location Location, made her debut in the top 100 at 91, beating Kate Moss, who has dropped out of the list altogether.

Opera star Katherine Jenkins was another debut at 83.

The pair even beat Kylie Minogue and Holly Willoughby.
